Information Architect

An IA is one of those trendy sorta roles that emerged from the dot-com era, may not easily defined but the activity has been described as "the structural design of shared information environments" as well as "the art and science of organizing and labeling Web sites, intranets, online communities and software to support usability and findability"

IA candidates are more likely to be responsible for navigation design and/or usability than they are to be focused on the low level mechanics of information organisation and finability

It is possible you might define a role with some overlap in both roles and with more of a Web Systems Architect like responsibilty.
